Who you’ll be working with
At Mighty Painters, we’re proud to work with some of the best people out there. We hire for enthusiasm and character and then train for efficiency, cleanliness and painting skill.
We view ourselves as professionals mastering a trade in order to serve our customers with the highest level of excellence and quality.
Cody | Co-Founder and Operations
Cody co-founded Mighty Painters with Chelsey in 2017, bringing over a decade of hands-on painting experience to the business. He takes pride in quality workmanship, building a strong crew and ensuring clients and employees are well looked after. taking care of clients, and building a workplace where painters feel valued and well compensated. When he’s not keeping Mighty running, you might find him reading about business or trying to find a better way to do something that was already working perfectly fine.
Jared | Williams Lake Crew Lead
Jared has been part of the Mighty crew for four years and now leads our Williams Lake team. Quiet, capable and easygoing, he brings a steady presence to the job and is someone both clients and teammates can count on.
Whether he’s working alongside the crew or helping keep a project on track, Jared approaches his work with care and consistency. Outside of painting, he enjoys spending time with his family and their cats.
Chelsey | Co-Founder & Administrator
Chelsey co-founded Mighty Painters with Cody in 2017 and looks after the sales and marketing side of the business. She’s passionate about taking care of clients, supporting the team, and making the painting industry a better place to work.
Outside of Paint World, you’ll likely find her at the health food store, on her yoga mat, or hanging out with Rex.
Kate | Senior Painter
Kate joined Mighty straight from her family farm at 18 and, more than five years later, still hasn’t quite escaped. She moved from Williams Lake to join our Campbell River team and has grown into a trusted senior crew member.
Hardworking, loyal and always keen to learn, Kate brings strength, skill and a no-nonsense attitude to every project. When she’s not painting or working out, she might be baking a batch of cinnamon rolls.
Nadia | Senior Painter
Nadia has been with Mighty for almost three years and is a trusted senior crew member in Williams Lake. Precise, speedy and fearless, she’s just as comfortable tackling detailed trim as she is taking on a full exterior or a technical challenge.
Her artistic eye comes in handy both on and off the job. When she’s not painting walls, you might find her painting and drawing for fun, baking, paddleboarding or hiking.
Emily | Painter
Emily joined the Mighty crew last summer and has been with us for over a year. She’s thorough, hardworking and firmly in the “do it properly the first time” camp. She pays attention to the details, takes pride in her work and isn’t interested in cutting corners just to get a job finished faster.
Her favourite part of painting is knowing she’s done a good job. Her least favourite part? Having to answer questions for her website bio.

In the beginning, We made it our goal to…
provide a 5 star experience during every interaction that we have with our customers, and to constantly re-evaluate and improve every part of our customers’ journey with us.

Starting with just the two of us, the demand quickly became overwhelming, and we realized the need to expand to better serve our community. As we began adding our first crew members, we realized that the company had a new, and equally important and fulfilling aspect to our vision: our employees.
